There are various ways to send in your representation to Swale Borough Council:

2. Representation Form (you need to save this regularly on your device as you complete it). Send by email to Lpcomments@swale.gov.uk or you can print it and post to Planning Policy, Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT. Using this form ensures you not only include the right sort of information to support your representation but also clearly show on what grounds according to legislation: legal compliance, duty to co-operate and soundness. The Planning Inspector will consider representations under these headings.

3. You can obtain a hard copy of the Representation Form by emailing Lpcomments@swale.gov.uk

4. You can just send an email to Swale at Lpcomments@swale.gov.uk with your representations. You will need to include your full name and address. Swale will upload your email comments to the consultation portal. It is important that you understand the way in which representations are considered by the Planning Inspector in order to make your comments effective.
