Planning Applications

Selling Parish Council receives details of Planning Applications made within the Parish to be resolved at the next Ordinary Parish Council Meeting.  Details of the applications are published on the Agenda for the meeting.  Occasionally, an application will come in after the Agenda has been published.  In that instance, details are sent to the councillors and the application will be resolved in the same way.  Following the meeting, the Clerk updates the Planning Portal of the Parish Council's decision.
